Engine... damage

Went to Titiwangsa track on just Sunday.
The conrod gave when I was chasing a S747. The crankcase was damaged too.
This 353C Race tuned was only about 1 gallon fuel old.

ESC... Changing soon

Have to 'kid jing jing' before a decision is made...

Ride Cup 2012 R2 - Winners

Mini Class - Winners

F1 class - Winners

FF class - Winners

13.5 no boost class - B main winners

13.5 no boost class - A main winners
Vut started at A4 in both finals. He ended up winning both finals with his RSD6 conversion kit.

13.5 open class - B main winners.
Kong started both finals at B9. He ended up winning both finals with his RSD6 conversion kit.

13.5 open class - A main winner.
As expected, Hara TQ & won in this class.

Special event - Drift attack with Hara.
Hara would start this event at 1/2 lap behind the rest. After 5 laps, whoever could still stay in front of Hara, he would be rewarded with THB3000.  
After 5 laps, Bank was the only 1 who managed to still stay ahead of Hara.

Ride Cup 2012 R2 - Results

FF - 1st debut in FF class, after qualifying, ended in A6. In 2 finals
Finished at 6th in both finals.

 

13.5 open - 555+, was surprised to finish in A main. 

Given the chance to race with Hara, Kim, Shin, Tanit, etc, in finals, I knew I would screwed up. 

As expected, finished at 9th & 10th in finals

Next up, prize giving...

Car

1 of Vut's cars for Ride Cup.
He is going to take part in 2 classes; touring open 13.5 & touring 'no boost' 13.5.
Above photos show his car for open 13.5 class.
He is happy with RSD option part as he has most RSD parts in his car; pistons, bladder, spring, belt tensioner, shock tower mounts, conversion kit, etc.

Ride Cup 2012 R2... Car #1 is ready

Bought some RSD parts from Kong.
After changing to RSD bladders, pistons & springs, I must say all 4 shocks work a lot smoother now.
Next to install is RSD belt tensioner (also acts as battery stopper)
Not sure about the RSD6 new bottom plate, but heard that Kong & Vut & maybe Bob would change theirs for this race.
(In fact, Kong already did last night)

Car is ready for for Touring Stock Open 13.5 class.
It will be powered by Orca (Esc, motor & battery).

Next to prepare is car for FF class...

Next race... Ride Cup 2012 R2

Missed the 1st round due to work, but I am going to be there for this round. 

As usual, will be in Touring Stock Open 13.5 class & for the 1st time, in FF class
